We offer our combined expertise and experience in mental health consulting, peer support training, and design of behaviour change programs, but of greatest importance, we offer our experience living through the struggle of personal mental health challenges. This is a course focused on what we wish others could have offered us when in our most vulnerable time.
We offer this workshop because we know that people want to help others who are struggling with a mental health challenge, but they don't always know how to help. Our goal is to help you to feel more confident that you are doing the right thing – or at least doing a positive thing – and not doing harm.
